The route is the printed 3-day, 2-night one. Day 1 starts with a meeting point in Labuan Bajo by 10:00, and day 3 ends around midday. The fare starts at IDR 2,950,000 (≈ USD 181) per person, for a bed in Sharing Cabin 4. Flights home should be booked for after 13:00, and the park ticket is not in the fare.

Picking a cabin for your date
Three Bombana 1 fares are published: the Private Cabin, Sharing Cabin 3 and Sharing Cabin 4. The Master Cabin and the Private Cabin with Balcony are quoted on request.
A private cabin needs at least 2 guests, and sharing cabins are shared with other guests, exactly as listed. Pick the cabin that fits your party first.
Then confirm the date. Nothing else is needed, because the calendar and a message to us settle the rest.

Before you pay
The deposit is 50 percent and the balance is due 30 days before departure. The park ticket is paid separately, in your own name.
If Bombana 1 can't sail on your date, we put you on a phinisi of equal or higher standard on the same date at no extra cost, or we refund you in full within 14 days. That is a promise about the date, not about a particular boat.

What time does Bombana 1 leave?
Be at the meeting point in Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day 1. We send the exact spot with your confirmation. The trip lasts 3 days and 2 nights and ends around midday on day 3.
Does Bombana 1 sail on other days of the week?
Open trips sail on Monday & Friday only. For a whole-boat charter, the date is agreed between us and the boat's availability. Bombana 1 takes up to 15 guests, and a 3-day charter starts at IDR 39,000,000 (≈ USD 2,393) for up to 8 guests.
Is the park ticket in the Bombana 1 fare?
No. The park ticket is never in any fare. International visitors pay IDR 250,000 per person per day, and Indonesian visitors pay IDR 50,000 per day, or IDR 75,000 at weekends. You buy it separately in your own name, and pier and ranger levies are extra.
Can I change my Bombana 1 date after paying?
A date change is free 30 or more days before departure and costs IDR 500,000 from 14 to 29 days before. Inside 14 days it counts as a cancellation. Ask us as early as you can, because the new date has to be open on the boat. Cancellation steps depend on how many days remain: 50 percent comes back at 60 days or more, and 25 percent between 30 and 59 days.
Can I book a Komodo trip for 2027 already?
Yes. Open-trip departures for 2027 are on the calendar, every Monday and Friday, and private charters can be reserved for any 2027 date. The current rates apply until 2027 rates are published; if a rate changes before your balance is due, we tell you first and you may cancel without charge.
