Who sails with us: couples, active travellers and snorkellers first

Couples. Two people can take a private cabin from IDR 3,600,000 (≈ USD 221) per person on Bombana 1, or the bathtub master cabin on Bombana 2. Start with the couples page, which sets out each cabin and each fare for two people on a small shared boat.

Active trips. Kelor, Padar and Komodo Island are three hikes in 3 days, with a paddle board and a canoe on Bombana 2. The active trips page explains the pre-dawn start on day 2 and about who finds it too much.

Snorkelling. Five water stops, masks included, fins not promised. The snorkelling page explains Manta Point, who it suits and what the odds on mantas really are.

These three fill the cabins first, because the route rewards them most. The rest of the page covers everyone else.

Friends who want a boat to themselves choose the whole boat. Bombana 1 takes up to 15 guests and Bombana 2 up to 13, and prices fall per head as the party grows. The small groups page shows how, band by band, and says when the open trip is the better buy.

Families travel on the open trip or the whole boat. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free, and from age 3 the full price applies. The families page lists which cabins take an extra bed, and what the early starts mean for small children.

Reunions and birthdays work on either boat. A party of 12 fits either boat. Both list a karaoke set. The reunion page sets out what a day with a dozen friends looks like on board.

Budget. The lowest seat is IDR 2,950,000 (≈ USD 181), a bed in Sharing Cabin 4 on Bombana 1. The cost page adds the park ticket, flights, hotel nights and tips, line by line, so you see the whole bill.

Teams. A company can take the whole boat for 3 days at sea, with a karaoke set and a table. Ask about the team offsite setup first.
