A team offsite on a Komodo sailing boat means chartering the whole of Bombana 1 for up to 15 people or Bombana 2 for up to 13. A team of 12 on Bombana 1 pays IDR 42,000,000 (≈ USD 2,577) for 3 days and 2 nights, or IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each.
Whole boat, whole team
Chartering the whole boat keeps the team together and the deck private. Bombana 1 takes up to 15 and Bombana 2 up to 13, each with 5 cabins.
A team of 12 on Bombana 1 pays IDR 42,000,000 (≈ USD 2,577) for 3 days and 2 nights, which is IDR 3,500,000 (≈ USD 215) each. A team of 10 on Bombana 2 pays IDR 64,750,000 (≈ USD 3,972), or IDR 6,480,000 (≈ USD 398) each. Those are boat prices, divided by heads.
Guide and documentation are not included on a private charter, and park tickets are extra. Transfers, meals, snacks, drinks and masks are in. Ask us for the written quote with your headcount in it.
On board
Both boats list a karaoke set. Beyond that, the boats differ, so choose by how your team likes to spend an evening.
Bombana 1 has a sun deck with bean bags and a semi-outdoor dining area. Bombana 2 has a bow lounge with a long teak table under a canopy, and an indoor dining table with windows on both sides.
If your plan depends on slides or a video call, do that work in Labuan Bajo before or after. A short talk on deck or on an island can be arranged on request.
A charter date is agreed with you, so a work week with room for a day on the water is possible.
Events and requests
The special requests list is built for groups. A meeting on deck or on an island, a team outing, a dinner on an island, a seafood dinner, a dinner with a dietary or birthday request, and a photographer or drone with a park permit are all on it.
None has a printed price, because the cost depends on headcount, the island and the season. We quote each in writing, and nothing is added to your fare without a written quote.
Pickup for a team is on the same page. A bigger vehicle than the standard car or minibus can be arranged, and we quote it in advance. See pickup and special requests for how it works.
Dates and payment
A 50 percent deposit confirms the booking and the balance follows 30 days before departure. A date change 30 or more days before departure is free. A change 14 to 29 days before costs IDR 500,000, and anything closer counts as a cancellation.
If the boat can't sail, you get a phinisi of equal or higher class on the same date at no extra cost, or a full refund within 14 days. That matters when twelve people have taken leave for the same week.

Can we hold a meeting on board?
A meeting on deck or on an island is on the special requests list, quoted on request. Plan a talk, not a slide deck or a video call, and tell us the headcount so we can quote.
Can we change the date later?
Yes, within the reschedule rules. A change 30 or more days before departure is free, a change 14 to 29 days before costs IDR 500,000, and a change inside 14 days is treated as a cancellation, so move early if the team's diary shifts.
Can the team have a dinner on an island?
Dinner on an island, a private island dinner and a seafood dinner are all on the services list. We quote each one in writing with the headcount and the island, within the day, and nothing is added to the fare without that quote.
