Pickup from your hotel or the airport inside the Labuan Bajo city area is free on Bombana 1 and Bombana 2. Open trip guests are at the meeting point by 10:00 on day 1. A bigger vehicle and requests on board, such as a dinner on an island, are quoted in writing.
Pickup from hotel or airport
Pickup from your hotel or the airport inside the Labuan Bajo city area is free, in both directions. The airport is 2 to 3 km from the harbour, so the ride is about 10 minutes. Default vehicle: a car or a minibus shared with the group.
Open trip guests: be at the meeting point by 10:00 on day 1. On a private charter the pickup time is set with your date. Menjaga, Melo and Rangko are charged extra, and we quote the amount before we add anything.
Give us your flight number, the hotel name and a phone number. With those three, the driver can find you.
A bigger vehicle
A bigger vehicle is available on request. A Toyota HiAce takes up to 12 seats, and a larger coach is possible for bigger groups. We quote the vehicle in writing first, and nothing is added without that quote.
Tell us the group size, the number of bags and the hotel. A group of 15 on Bombana 1 arrives with 15 bags, and a standard car does not carry them.

On board and on the islands
Special requests turn a trip into your occasion. The list covers a meeting on deck or on an island, a team outing, a family gathering, a dinner on an island, a private island dinner for your group, a seafood dinner, cabin or deck decoration, and a dinner with a special request such as a birthday or a dietary need.
A photographer or a drone with a park permit is on the list as well. A dinner on an island moves the evening meal from the boat to the beach, with the island, the date and the headcount agreed in advance.
Tell us about dietary needs when you book. We confirm in writing what can be done. We don't print prices, because they depend on headcount, the island and the season.

How we quote
We quote in writing. Nothing is added to your fare without that written quote, and you can say no. That is the whole process.
Send the date, the headcount and what you have in mind. You get a figure and a plain description of what happens, who arranges it and when. If the idea can't work on your dates, we say so rather than stretch a promise.

The next step
The next step is the same as for any booking. Message us the date and the headcount, choose a boat and a cabin or the whole boat, then pay the 50 percent deposit. Requests can be added once the booking exists, and each one is quoted on its own.

Can we change the pickup time?
On the open trip, no. Guests are at the meeting point by 10:00 on day 1. On a private charter the pickup time is set with your date, so tell us your flight and we fix it with you. Both start from the Labuan Bajo city area.
Can we get a minibus for twelve people?
Yes, on request. A Toyota HiAce takes up to 12 seats, and a larger coach is possible for bigger groups. We quote it in writing first, and the extra is added only if you accept the quote.
Can the crew set up a birthday or a proposal?
A dinner with a special request and cabin or deck decoration are on the services list. We quote each in writing with the date and the headcount. Nothing is added to your fare without your yes, and prices depend on what you ask for.
What do Menjaga, Melo and Rangko pickups cost?
Those 3 areas are charged extra, because they sit outside the Labuan Bajo city area. We don't print the amount here. We quote it in writing before we add it to your booking, and you can decline.
